Exceptionally well equiped coastal cruiser.

SOLD in just one week – We currently have a number of buyers looking for yachts around the 34-40ft size. If you have a yacht that you are considering selling, please give Chris a call on 0428 444 727 for a friendly chat and market appraisal.

At 35’2′ LOA the Bavaria 34 is arguable the perfect size cruising yacht for weekends at Rottnest or extended coastal cruising.

‘Karenza” has been very well setup as a comfortable cruising yacht and boasts an extensive inventory of essential cruising gear.

The Bavaria 34 is a modern performance cruiser/racer. Comfortable and spacious enough for extended live aboard cruises, and with a good turn of speed is equally at home on the club racing scene.

With a modern contemporary design, the Bavaria 34 feels surprisingly large and spacious for a yacht of this size. The fold down swim platform is one of the standout features of this design. This brilliant design feature eliminates the need for a sugar scoop transom and the additional space is utilized to create a larger cockpit and saloon.

With a furling headsail and stack pack on the mainsail, Kerenza is very easily sailed by a couple or single handed. The chartplotter and autopilot controller are on the pedestal at the helm, exactly where you want them. The cockpit design is clean and uncluttered and easy to move around, making the boat a pleasure to sail.

Down below the interior is stunning. Bavaria have incorporated a generous amount of light Mahogany timber that gives the interior a cosy warm feeling. The saloon is bathed in natural light from the numerous hatches, and the addition of port holes in the hull provide lovely ocean views. Opening hatches are plentiful and they provide great ventilation throughout the boat. The saloon has generous headroom and the interior feels very spacious and has the overall feeling of a larger yacht. The huge dining table is the centre piece of the saloon and has ample seating to comfortably accommodate up to six adults for dinner.

The galley has been thoughtfully designed to maximise bench space for preparing meals. Bavaria have created additional bench space with the addition of a clever folding cover over the stove top and both of the sinks have fitted inserts. The galley features twin stainless-steel sinks, a two-burner stove and oven, a large under-bench fridge and a microwave.

Accommodation is also well catered for with two spacious double cabins. The owner’s cabin is forward and features a large double bed, two hanging lockers and loads of storage in eight overhead cupboards. The aft cabin has a generous sized double bed, good storage options and an opening hatch provides additional light and good ventilation.

Kerenza was commissioned in 2010 and with only 380hrs on her Volvo engine, she is barely run in. She has a great electronics package and cruising inventory, and is ready to go for Christmas. Modern production boats like Kerenza are currently very hard to come by on the WA market and she won’t last long. So don’t delay, and book an inspection today.
